Ding (HomeServe)
Ding (A HomeServe sub brand) is a subscription-based home repairs app designed to make fixing things as easy as ordering a pizza. Working within existing brand guidelines, I created campaign and lifecycle collateral across email, social and targeted direct mail, keeping the messaging fresh while staying consistent with the brand. The challenge was guiding new and at-risk customers through Ding’s benefits quickly and clearly, so I built layouts with strong hierarchy, accessible CTAs and scroll-stopping social hooks. The result was a flexible marketing system that helped Ding communicate its value more clearly, support customer retention and build trust through helpful, practical content.
